(Your purchase is your agreement to the following terms of service, and checking the box provided in the shopping cart substitutes for your name and signature. Individuals coming to an in-person session who will be paying in person should print this out and bring the signed copy to the session. Note: Divine Life Technologies, LLC is the legal entity dba Alchemy Wisdom.)

I, _____________, have volunteered to participate in a paid or unpaid session, workshop, teleconference or program with Jaden Phoenix and/or an advisor available through Divine Life Technologies, LLC., to include, but also may not be limited to, any and all services provided, such as energy healing, consciousness downloads, teleconferences, intuitive coaching, and workshop attendance.

In consideration of Divine Life Technologies, LLC agreement to instruct, assist, advise, or train me, I do here and forever release and discharge and hereby hold harmless the Company and its respective agents, heirs, assigns, contractors, and employees from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action or causes of action, present or future, arising out of or connected with my participation in a session or purchase or any program WITHOUT LIMITATION, WHICH MAY OCCUR AS A RESULT OF following advice tendered and released or training rendered or use of facilities during a session or event.

I recognize that in no way does any member of Divine Life Technologies, LLC provide legal, medical or therapeutic advice and it is my responsibility to secure such advisement.

I acknowledge and agree that I assume the risks associated with any and all activities and/or programs in which I participate.

I acknowledge and agree that no warranties or representations have been made to me regarding the results I will achieve from any insight or program. I understand that results are individual and may vary.

I agree to the Privacy Policy. By purchasing products or services, I acknowledge and agree to receiving emails from Alchemy Wisdom regarding my order, and that I will receive newsletter information, which I may unsubscribe from at any time.

I acknowledge that I have thoroughly read this waiver and release and fully understand that it is a release of liability. By signing this document or agreeing to the terms of service by checking the box provided during the purchasing process, I am waiving any right I or my successors might have to bring a legal action or assert a claim against Jaden Phoenix or Divine Life Technologies, LLC and agree to hold harmless its principles, directors, officers, employees, agents, consultants, volunteers and others associated with Divine Life Technologies, LLC and agree to hold harmless from any claim or liability whatsoever and for any damage or injury, personal, emotional, psychological, financial, or otherwise, which I may incur arising at any time out of my participation or application of the information, ideas, suggestions, techniques, and other materials contained herein. Divine Life Technologies, LLC strongly advises that you seek professional advice as appropriate before making any health decision. If any court of law rules that any part of the Disclaimer is invalid, the Disclaimer stands as if those parts were struck out. This release form is to be construed under the laws of the State of Oregon; any proceedings to interpret or enforce this agreement must be brought in the Lane County Courts of Oregon State.

By participating, you agree that any content you voluntarily share (including comments, posts, questions, testimonials, or video submissions) may be used by Alchemy Wisdom for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes, in whole or in edited form, without compensation. Identifying details may be included unless you request otherwise in writing.

Refund Policy
Events, Workshops, and Special Sessions
All events, workshops, teleconferences, and special sessions are non-refundable once delivered.
Delivery is defined as access being provided to the event and/or any associated replay, recording, or materials.
If you are unable to attend or do not access the event replays during the available time window, your purchase remains non-refundable. Purchasing an event is similar to purchasing a ticket for a scheduled experience. Failure to attend, access, or complete listening within the access period does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Courses, Programs, and Memberships
Refund policies for multi-week programs, courses, year-long experiences, and memberships have a 7 day refund window during which the customer must book a free 1:1 meeting with staff to qualify for the refund unless a different policy is clearly stated on  the individual sales page at the time of purchase.
By purchasing, you agree to these refund terms and/or those listed on the specific sales page for that product or program.
No Retroactive Refunds
Refunds are not issued retroactively once access has been granted, content delivered, or an event has taken place, regardless of usage, completion, or participation level.
Extensions or courtesy re-access, if offered, are provided at the sole discretion of Divine Life Technologies, LLC and do not alter the non-refund policy.

1. Purpose of the Community

This community exists to:

•  Practice Consciousness Magic in a grounded, experiential way

•  Support personal awareness, experimentation, and self-responsibility

•  Engage in shared learning, reflection, and real-world application

•  Maintain a respectful, focused environment aligned with the teachings of Alchemy Wisdom

This is not a debate forum, a soapbox, or a promotional platform. It is a practice-based space rooted in consent, integrity, and clarity.

2. Consent & Energetic Boundaries

No member may work energetically with another member without their explicit, direct permission.

This includes (but is not limited to):

•  Energy work

•  Healing, clearing, scanning, or intuitive interventions

•  Sending energy, intentions, or “support”

•  Any form of energetic engagement assumed to be helpful

Consent must be clearly stated and freely given. Participation in a group call, meetup, or discussion does not imply consent.

This boundary is central to the ethics of Consciousness Magic.

This is a confidential space.

•  Information shared during live sessions, meetups, posts, or discussions is private
•  Personal experiences, insights, or challenges shared by members may not be shared with:
  •  Other members outside the original context
  •  People outside the community
  •  Social media, podcasts, blogs, newsletters, or private conversations

Screenshots, recordings, paraphrasing, or retelling another member’s experience without permission is not allowed.

Confidentiality protects trust. Trust protects the field. 

4. Respectful Conduct & Community Culture

All members are expected to:

•  Engage with kindness, respect, and maturity

•  Speak from personal experience rather than authority over others

•  Allow others their own process, timing, and conclusions

•  Refrain from diagnosing other members

While this work may facilitate real energetic shifts and changes in awareness, members may not diagnose physical, mental, or emotional conditions, nor present themselves as medical or mental-health authorities.

This work does not substitute for professional medical or mental-health diagnosis or treatment.

Differences in perspective are welcome.
Disrespect, superiority, coercive behavior, or bullying of any kind is not tolerated.

5. Focus of the Space

To keep the community coherent and supportive:

•  No politics or topics not related to the goals of the community.

•  No polarizing, inflammatory, or divisive content

•  No fear-based messaging

•  No preaching, recruiting, or ideological campaigning

The focus remains on Consciousness Magic, awareness, and personal exploration.

•  Self-promotion is not permitted without explicit consent from Alchemy Wisdom

•  Members may not promote services, programs, products, or events inside the community unless invited

Alchemy Wisdom frequently offers structured invitations for members to share their work when it aligns with the community. Outside of those invitations, promotion is not allowed.

All materials within the Consciousness Magic Membership—including teachings, language, frameworks, recordings, written materials, and live session content—are copyrighted by Alchemy Wisdom.

You may not:

•  Share materials outside the membership

•  Sell, teach, reproduce, or adapt lessons or frameworks

•  Use the content to create derivative courses, programs, or paid offerings

Unauthorized use, sharing, or teaching of materials is subject to fines of up to $10,000 USD, as permitted by law.

This community is a shared experience. As such:

•  Behavior that disrupts the safety, focus, or integrity of the space is grounds for removal

•  Alchemy Wisdom reserves the right to remove any member at any time, for any reason

•  Decisions regarding removal are final and not open to debate

No refunds will be issued in the event of removal.

This is not therapy, medical care, or crisis support.

Members participate by choice and at their own discretion and remain responsible for their own wellbeing and decisions.

These guidelines exist to support what already works well here and may be revised from time to time.
